Dzalanyama Forest Lodge Accommodation

Dzalanyama Forest Lodge offers a range of accommodation to suit every budget.

With en-suite chalets, cozy rooms in the house, the campsite and remote camping shelters available - we offer self catering and fully catered stays.

The lodge itself is fully solar powered with a kitchen equipped with a fridge and gas stove. The Verandah on the house has a large braai, bread oven and wood-fired stove that's perfect for self catering guests looking to be out in nature as much as possible.

Drinks

The lodge does have a few drinks available to purchase, being soft drinks, water and some beers - however we encourage guests to bring along what they'd like to drink for their stay.

Facilities

All rooms in the house and the chalets have towels, bedding, extra blankets, mosquito nets, solar lighting and a solar plug point that allows low voltage electronic goods to be used. (Regretfully the solar voltage is not suitable for hair dryers or other heated elements.)

Babies

There is no crib or cot available at the lodge - Please bring your own should you require one. Chalet 1 has a double bed and a single bed with enough space to accommodate another small child if you need.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the main lodge area. Camping or day visiting with pets is at your own discretion - Please keep all pets on leads in and around the forest and grounds and clean up after them.
